The Warhawks Nest
Lacrosse Players & Parents:
Welcome to the Warhawks Nest! We are thrilled to soon be working with each of you and helping your athletes elevate their game in lacrosse and, more importantly, LIFE. Below is important information we have sent out in the invites. Please read below so you understand and know what you are getting being part of our strong and growing Nest.
The Warhawks Teams will practice/train 5-6 times PER TOURNAMENT this year. Stay tuned for our practice schedule as we await final confirmation from the City of Orem. We plan to practice in Orem as much as possible as it is a more central location for all athletes.
The Warhawks teams will attend 4 tournaments over the course of 2024-2025 with a POTENTIAL 5th local tournament, which will not be any additional cost if we can make it work. Here are the 4 tournaments we will be doing this coming year:
Being part of the Warhawks Nest means your athletes will be trained by experienced, highly qualified, award winning coaches: Warhawks coaches are hand-selected and must abide by the mission, vision, values and goals of Warhawks Lacrosse. Most of our coaches have collegiate playing and/or coaching experience, are highly qualified under Utah State Standards having gone through yearly certification trainings, are nationally and locally award winning as players and coaches and are constantly up-to-date on the game of lacrosse. Players and parents can expect high honor, positive coaching, strong servant leadership, high lacrosse intelligence, high energy and enthusiasm from every Warhawks coach at all of our events.
Tuition: Pricing will be available once you make the team and e-mailed out to you. Our programming tuition includes over 70 hours of lacrosse trainings with highly qualified coaches. Our tuition also helps cover all field rentals, equipment, coaches fees, administrative costs, 4 tournaments, access to film and photos of athletes provided by our team manager, specialized training with UVU Head Coach Colin Maxfield (2-4 opportunites), access to LacrosseLab where plays, sets, and drills will be drawn up and prizes to be won throughout the year through fun and friendly competitions within teams and as a program.
Items required for all players are the Warhawks Uniform TOP. If you do not have one, you must order one. If you want to order the matching shorts, you can, and there is also a store link to order other swag that is often requested by players. We do not require the team helmets of chrome red or matte black, but we are willing to do a team order of them for those interested. The more we order, the better the deal we are able to get.
